Yes. We walk through with you before we start to understand your priorities, and again when we're finished so you can review the work. For commercial clients, we agree on every area and task during a walkthrough before quoting.

A few days' notice is usually enough for regular cleanings. For end-of-month move-outs, holiday deep cleans, and larger commercial projects, book as early as you can.

A standard clean maintains a home that's already in good shape. A deep clean adds detailed, time-intensive work like baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, fixtures, and built-up grime in kitchens and bathrooms.

Yes. We bring our own cleaning supplies. If you'd like us to use a specific product, just let us know.

Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets, wall cleaning, dishes, and organizing help. We discuss additional tasks and pricing with you before the job.

We don't move furniture, and we don't handle hazardous materials, biohazards, or pest cleanup. Exterior window cleaning isn't included. Pets need to be secured when needed for safe service.

Most households choose biweekly. Homes with kids, pets, or a lot of cooking often prefer weekly. Smaller apartments may only need monthly service. We offer all three.

Yes. Please let us know about pets when you book. Pets need to be secured when needed so everyone stays safe during the cleaning.

Yes. We clean apartments in every type of NYC building and coordinate with supers and doormen on access.

Tell us. That's what the final walkthrough is for, and if something needs another look afterward, we'll talk it through and arrange a touch-up when it's needed.

Offices, schools, churches, retail stores, apartment buildings, and other facilities that need dependable recurring cleaning. We also provide apartment housekeeping and laundry service for property managers.

We agree on areas and tasks during a walkthrough. That can include restrooms, offices, reception, hallways, break rooms, kitchens, dusting, high-touch surfaces, trash, floors, interior glass, spot wall cleaning, and floor stripping, waxing, and buffing.

Yes. We strip, wax, and buff commercial floors, scheduled when the space is closed so the finish can dry.

Yes. We schedule commercial cleaning around your hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Yes. We offer both recurring service and one-time deep cleaning.

Yes. We're fully insured. Tell us what your building or school requires and we'll provide it before the first clean.

Yes. We provide recurring apartment housekeeping. We coordinate schedules and access, clean the apartments, and report when work is complete or an issue needs attention.

Yes, for property management clients. We pick up linens and towels, wash, dry, and fold them, and return them on an agreed schedule. We track bag weights for billing.

Inside the fridge, oven, microwave, cabinets, and drawers; full bathroom scrubbing; closets; baseboards; doors and frames; light switches; window sills; and all floors.

After all construction, painting, and installation work is finished and large debris has been removed. If we clean while work is still happening, dust will settle again.

We stop and tell you. Once, a loose dog made an apartment unsafe, so we let the property manager know and came back when the dog was out. We want to do the work, but conditions have to be safe for everyone.
