Construction dust gets everywhere — inside cabinets, on top of door frames, in window tracks, and on every surface, sometimes for weeks after the work is done. Post-construction cleaning removes the fine dust, residue, and leftover debris so the space is ready to live or work in.
We work with homeowners after renovations, and with contractors and general contractors who need units or commercial spaces turned over clean before the final walkthrough.

Residue & detailing
- Remove paint specks and adhesive residue from fixtures and glass where safe
- Clean window glass, sills, and tracks
- Wipe and polish new fixtures and hardware
- Clean appliances inside and out
Kitchens & bathrooms
- Scrub tile and wipe grout haze where possible
- Clean new tubs, showers, toilets, and sinks
- Polish faucets and fixtures
- Clean countertops and backsplash
Floors & final
- Remove leftover small debris
- Vacuum all floors, including edges
- Mop hard floors (multiple passes for fine dust)

When should post-construction cleaning happen?
After all construction, painting, and installation work is finished and the contractors have removed large debris and tools. Cleaning before the work is complete means dust will settle again.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove small leftover debris as part of the clean. Large debris, dumpsters, and hauling should be handled by the contractor.
Do I need more than one visit?
Fine construction dust can keep settling for days. For big renovations, a second lighter clean a week later is often worth it. We'll recommend what makes sense for your project.
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. We work with contractors who need residential units or commercial spaces cleaned before the client walkthrough or handover.
