Moving in New York is stressful enough without scrubbing an oven at midnight. Our move-out cleaning is built around what landlords and management companies actually check at the walkthrough: inside appliances, cabinets and drawers, bathrooms, floors, and the marks people leave on walls and doors.
Moving in? We'll clean your new place before your furniture arrives, while every cabinet, closet, and corner is still easy to reach.

Built around the landlord walkthrough
Most deposit deductions come from the same places: dirty ovens and fridges, grime in bathrooms, dusty closets, and marks on walls. We focus our time where it matters most to the person inspecting the unit.

Move-in & move-out cleaning FAQ
More questions? See all FAQs or call us.
Should the apartment be empty for a move-out clean?
Yes, ideally. An empty unit lets us clean inside closets, cabinets, and every inch of floor. If some items are still there, tell us so we can plan around them.
Is inside the fridge and oven included?
Yes. Inside the refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, cabinets, and drawers are all part of a move-out clean.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as soon as you know your move date. End-of-month dates fill up fastest in NYC. We'll do our best to fit last-minute requests.
Do you clean walls?
We spot-clean scuffs and marks on walls and doors. We don't wash entire walls or repair paint, so heavily marked walls may still need touch-up paint.
Can you coordinate with my building?
Yes. Let us know if your building needs a certificate of insurance, a reserved elevator, or doorman notice, and we'll help sort it out before the clean.
