Your staff closes the line. We come in after them and get the dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and floors ready for tomorrow.

After a full night of service, the last thing your closing crew has energy for is a real deep clean. Grease builds up on kitchen floors and walls, restrooms take a beating, and the dining room needs more than a quick wipe-down before the next shift walks in.
We clean restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and bars across New York City on a schedule built around your hours, usually after close or before open. We agree on every area and task during a walkthrough, so your team knows exactly what we handle and what stays with them.

Cleaning that works around service
A restaurant can't stop for cleaning, so we don't ask it to. We schedule visits after close, before open, or on the day you're closed, and we work around your prep schedule and deliveries. Most restaurants pair nightly or several-nights-a-week cleaning with periodic deep cleaning of the kitchen and floors.
Kitchen floors and grease
Kitchen floors collect grease faster than any other floor in the building, and a slick floor is a safety problem for your staff. We degrease kitchen floors and the areas around your equipment that we can reach safely, and we clean walls and splash zones so buildup doesn't spread.
Ready for your health inspection
NYC restaurants are inspected by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and the letter grade goes in your window. A consistently clean kitchen, dining room, and restroom puts you in a better position on inspection day. We can schedule a deep clean ahead of an inspection or a reopening. Food-safety tasks your staff are required to do during service, like sanitizing food-contact surfaces between uses, stay with your team.
What we don't do
Kitchen exhaust hood and duct cleaning is regulated by the FDNY and done by certified hood-cleaning companies, so it isn't part of our service. We also don't pump grease traps, move heavy equipment, clean exterior windows, or handle pest cleanup or hazardous materials. If your space needs any of those, we're happy to schedule around the specialists you use.
Floors that look like opening day
Dining-room floors take constant traffic from guests, servers, and carts. Regular mopping keeps them clean night to night, and periodic floor stripping and waxing brings back the finish. We schedule floor work on nights you're closed so it has time to dry.

Do you clean restaurants after closing?
Yes. Most restaurant cleaning happens after close or before open, and we schedule it around your hours, prep, and deliveries.
What's included in restaurant cleaning?
Depending on the scope we agree on: dining room and bar surfaces, kitchen floor degreasing, walls and splash zones, equipment exteriors, sinks, restrooms, trash and recycling, and floors. We confirm every task during the walkthrough.
Do you clean kitchen exhaust hoods and ducts?
No. Hood and duct cleaning in NYC is regulated by the FDNY and done by certified hood-cleaning companies. We clean the rest of the kitchen and can schedule around your hood cleaner.
Do you degrease kitchen floors?
Yes. We degrease kitchen floors, including under and around equipment we can safely reach without moving it.
Can you help us get ready for a health inspection?
Yes. We can schedule a deep clean ahead of an inspection or reopening. We can't guarantee an inspection result, and food-safety tasks your staff must do during service stay with your team.
Do you move kitchen equipment to clean behind it?
We don't move heavy or fixed equipment. We clean everything we can safely reach around it.
How often should a restaurant be professionally cleaned?
Most restaurants do well with professional cleaning several nights a week, or nightly for busy kitchens, plus periodic deep cleaning of the kitchen and floors. We'll recommend a schedule after the walkthrough.
How is restaurant cleaning priced?
We quote after a free walkthrough, based on dining room and kitchen size, restrooms, floor types, and how often we clean. You get a written scope with a fixed price.
Do you do floor stripping and waxing for restaurants?
Yes. We strip, wax, and buff dining-room floors, scheduled on a night you're closed so the finish can dry.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If your kitchen requires specific food-safe products, let us know during the walkthrough.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Our team is insured and background-checked, which matters when we're in your space after hours.
Do you invoice restaurants?
Yes. We invoice businesses directly.
Do you handle grease traps or pest control?
No. Grease trap pumping and pest control are handled by specialized companies. We don't handle pest cleanup or hazardous materials.
